Vox Biomedical will be distributing the newly released Spectratech OEG-17H functional near-infrared (fNIRS) instrument in North America starting in 2020. This instrument utilizes patented spread spectrum light source modulation technology to increase the sensitivity of the fNIRS technique. The modular driver architecture and flexible sensor palette options make the OEG-17H particularly suited for whole-head and multi brain region studies. The spread spectrum modulation circuitry allows for smaller device construction and reduced price relative to other whole head fNIRS devices on the market.
